『とある日の夕飯』【漬け鮪丼/茹で鶏/その他】~作り置き活用で30分献立~あんま凝った事したくない日の夕飯

今回はひな祭りのちらし寿司に全力を注いで疲れたおっさんの夕飯作りです
メインにちらしで余った鮪丼と茹でただけの鶏肉、副菜は作り置きといった
凝ってるようで実は簡単な献立です。
いかにもやった風に見せるコツは食材を色々使って目を欺くことですw

☆茹で鶏の胡麻ダレ☆
鶏むね肉 1枚
サラダMIX 適量
茹でもやし 適量
適当な飾り用野菜 適当
すりごま 大さじ2.5
めんつゆ(2倍濃縮) 大さじ1
サラダ油 小さじ2/マヨネーズ 大さじ1
砂糖 小さじ1.5/酢 小さじ1
糸唐辛子 適当


☆漬け鮪丼☆
鮪 好きなだけ
みりん/醤油 書く大さじ1
(鮪が多い時は増やして)
生姜 少々
ツマ 少々/刻み海苔
胡瓜 3枚
とびっこ あれば
卵黄 1個分
いりごま ぱぱぱ
